Patient navigators ready to help
NorthShore Health Center’s has patient navigators available at most clinics to help assist you with any questions you may have. New changes include work requirements that start this October in order to qualify for enrollment in January.
If you’re currently uninsured, our patient navigators can also see if you qualify for Medicaid or an affordable healthcare plan through the Marketplace. Open enrollment for the Marketplace starts on Nov. 5th and runs through January 15th. Seeing a patient navigator is completely free, and you do not need to be a current patient to utilize their services.
